Section 8 Multifamily -New Construction
The Section New Construction Program is a federally funded by Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Multifamily program and owned by the Alice Housing Authority. Section 8 New Construction is only available in two bedroom and three-bedroom units.
Once the housing application is submitted, the family’s name is placed on a waiting list. When the name reaches waiting list the family will be contacted by AHA professional staff, requesting necessary document on income, assets, family composition and criminal history background check.

Download the PDF then choose the option to print.
The entire application needs to be completed in black or blue ink.
Do not leave any of the application blank but if it does not apply to you, please write in N/A.
When turning in application please provide all household members: state issued DL or ID, social security cards, and birth certificates.
(We DO NOT accept applications without these items.)
We accept applications Monday- Friday 8:00 am- 4:00pm.
